Chaya Luna Maria Elshout

Hi! I’m Chaya, 21 years old and I’m from the Netherlands.
I have a lot of interests that keep me busy. Most of all, I’m very fond of the South Korean culture. I’m the happiest when I’m surrounding myself with and learning about their language, people, cuisine and other aspects of their culture.
Furthermore, I’m really into gaming and love to get to know all about a game’s mechanics and characters and their backgrounds. Video editing is a big hobby of mine too. I enjoy piecing together clips from games and series and put them over a fitting song to create an immersive effect. Hence, graphic design is another interest; provided that I’m inspired, I can create some interesting things.

What am I looking for?

I’m currently following a reintegration trajectory and cautiously exploring opportunities to work and study in the IT field. Making an active recovery from my previously reduced mental health, I’m taking it slow to make sure I find the right fit. Since I have Autism Spectrum Disorder and ADHD, it’s really important for me to find a workplace that understands me and is able to accommodate and support neurodivergent individuals. I’m looking for an environment where I can develop myself as a first-time employee and thrive both personally and professionally to bring the best out of myself.
